Lip Stick Tube Automated Assembly Line. Assembles the outer shell with the inserts. Fully Automated. Machine Assy Table and indexing equipment made by Tecmcs, Automazione Meccanica, Italy. 40" diameter dial with 24 stations( 4 cavities per index station). Run rate of about 120-160 parts /min. Machine has all MAC pneumatic valves and MAC pneumatic components. Machine has all Bimba pneumatic cylinders on it. All blue prints for machine and machined components included. Station #1 - Inline for receiving tube base Pick & Place from inline into dial Station. #2 Rotator Sleeve insert - puts sleeves into base. #3 Sleeve Seat operation - Pushes sleeves into base, Calibrated and controlled #4 Insert of rotator sleeve locking piece - some little plastic piece that snaps in to rotator sleeve. Pick & place operation. #5 Seats sleeve locking piece. #6 Trim ring insert station - Receives trim rings with a plastic piece on the inside and places them over tube base assembly. #7 Torque controlled locking station - this operation tightens the trim ring to the base and has torque limiters on each of the 4 tighteners. #8 Pick off operation. Machine has all the bowl feeders for each component. Condition of machine and feeders is excellent.
