Proceco Typhoon HD 42-108-E-2500-CO-2-2RD-SS turntable aqueous parts washer with Steam heat. Ideal for large individual parts or baskets of small parts. Applications include degreasing, surface treatment and phosphating. Center Nozzle Pipe "CNP" oscillates vertically. 42" dia turntable with 108" vertical clearance for work. It has a programmable wash, rinse and dry cycle. The initial aqueous recirculated wash cycle is followed by a hot water recirculated power-spray rinse to remove remaining detergent residue. Proceco parts washers with recirculated rinse have two integrated storage tanks, one for the wash solution and another for the rinse solution. Each tank has its own heating system and pump feeding separate spray manifolds in the main spray cabinet. 2 Bag filters. Options: All stainless steel construction, Automatic Oil Skimmer, Secondary Access door, Auto Chemical Make-Up for wash tank, Valves send solution to Flushing Pipe on door. 350-gal wash tank; 190-gal rinse tank, auto replenishment.
