BTU International model WBE1212-9-240E144 walking beam furnace. Ideal for powdered metal sintering, brazing, billet heat-treating, etc. Designed for accurate, stable and consistent production cycles of heavy loads of product stacks. Includes automatic loader, entrance chamber, pre-heat section, high heat section (1750°C design temp), cooling section with exit chamber and automatic unloader. Entrance and exit are flame curtain protected. Cycle is a 12"x12"x12" product carrier transporting up to 500 lbs every 15 minutes for 5 hour duration. O2 maintained at less than 2 ppm. Separate control panels for furnace operation, gas saturation controls and (2) electrical power control panels. Requires water, nitrogen, hydrogen, natural gas, shop air, DI water, electric. Has 30-min UPS to maintain cycle synchronization. |
