Aget DustKop Pull-Thru Cyclone dust collector, model 30SN51-D1-SP. Up to 3200 CFM unit. The cyclone separator is one of the most efficient dust collectors available for its cost. The SN Series cyclones is equipped with a top mounted motor and fan which pulls contaminated air into the cyclone through the lower side opening(12"). The centrifugal action of the cyclone, created by rapid rotation of the high velocity air stream, forcibly precipitates the dust out through the bottom of the cyclone and into a suitable container for the application. Cleaned air is released through the upper side outlet(11"). This unit is weatherproofed for outdoor use, comes with a 55 gal drum cover and lock ring, also 55 gal drum on wheeled dolly. Complete system.

Aercology, Electrostatic Precipitator, EPP-1200(1200CFM). Precipitators are especially effective for removing smoke and fumes. The elements — ionizing wires and collection plates — present little resistance to airflow. Dirty air passes through an electrically charged field, where smoke, fumes and other airborne contaminants are ionized or charged. These dirt particles are removed from the airstream by a set of metal collection plates of opposite polarity. Clean air exits the precipitator and goes back into the shop. No make-up air is needed, and the air pressure is not affected. Another advantage of electrostatic precipitators over other types of filtration is that the precipitator elements are cleanable and reusable. You don't incur filter replacement costs, and costs and problems associated with disposal of filter media. 3 units available, price is each. |
