Station #1 - Inline for receiving tube base Pick & Place from inline into dial Station. #2 Rotator Sleeve insert - puts sleeves into base. #3 Sleeve Seat operation - Pushes sleeves into base, Calibrated and controlled #4 Insert of rotator sleeve locking piece - some little plastic piece that snaps in to rotator sleeve. Pick & place operation.
#5 Seats sleeve locking piece. #6 Trim ring insert station - Receives trim rings with a plastic piece on the inside and places them over tube base assembly.
#7 Torque controlled locking station - this operation tightens the trim ring to the base and has torque limiters on each of the 4 tighteners. #8 Pick off operation. Machine has all the bowl feeders for each component.
